Purchasing Issues (iOS)

If you are having an issue with purchasing from an iOS device, please try the following:

- Ensure that you have not exceeded the daily purchasing limit
- Ensure that In-App Purchases are enabled in Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> Allowed Content
- Remove any data compression applications and remove their provisioning profiles in Settings -> Profiles

If the issue persists after following the above steps please try these additional steps:

- Open the App Store, sign out of your iTunes account, and then sign back in
- Switch between 3G/LTE and Wi-Fi to ensure it’s not a network issue
- Delete and reinstall the application (your progress will be saved)
- Reset your network settings and router if connected over Wi-Fi
